Try Palmetto Breeze Transit's Walterboro Works circulating shuttle (known as Route 429). The fare is just $1 per person per trip (one-way).
For those who are eligible, Walterboro Works offers Easy Breeze ADA Paratransit services, Monday through Friday – 6:10 a.m. to 5:05 p.m. Details regarding these services, including how to apply for eligibility can be found here: Walterboro Works Accessibility.
